a mountain of snow was dumped on the front lawn, i wanted to cry, but i knew that would be wrong / not too sure what was wrong with me, but i saw things so differently

climb up the stairs, bolting the door shut, they scream and yell and i wish that they’d shut up / the stereos on, to drown it all out, so i wouldn’t know what they were fighting about
